David Lilenfeld, founder of intellectual property law firm Lilenfeld PC, represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of trademark disputes and trademark portfolio management. David Lilenfeld has litigated trademark, copyright and trade secret cases in state and federal courts, at the appellate level and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Mr. Lilenfeld is a graduate of Hunter College with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. He earned his J.D. at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1996 where he was a member of The Ohio State Law Journal. David Lilenfeld has been selected to the Georgia Super Lawyers list in 2014, 2015 and 2016 for intellectual property litigation.  Only five percent of lawyers in Georgia were selected.

In addition to representing clients, David Lilenfeld has occupied a number of leadership positions in organizations in the legal community, including the Atlanta Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia and the International Trademark Association.

A trusted resource for the media on intellectual property and business litigation, David has been published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, IPFrontline.com and other business and legal outlets. At business meetings and conferences, he speaks on intellectual property law and business litigation.
